Mr Beck Tong Hong

Mr Beck Tong Hong is the CEO of the Company. He is responsible for the overall performance of the Nera Group. He was previously the Vice President for Network Infrastructure business for the Group. He has more than seventeen years of working experience in business management, product management and large scale program management. He had worked in PT Smartfren Tbk, Singapore Telecommunications Ltd, and Defense Science Technology Agency of Singapore, prior to joining Nera. Mr Beck holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur (Bachelor of Science) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree from Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Génie Eléctrique and a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies (Master of Engineering degree) in Optoelectronics from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Rouen, both in France.

Ms Tan Geok Leng Jacqueline

Ms Tan Geok Leng Jacqueline is the Financial Controller. She is responsible for financial and reporting matters for the Nera Group and supports the Nera Group investor relations. She has more than twenty years of experience in finance and accounting in various industries such as telecommunications and information technology, packaging, property development, ship repair and electronics manufacturing. Ms Tan holds an honours degree in Commerce from the Flinders University of South Australia. She is also a member of CPA Australia.

Mr Odd Kare Fossmo

Mr Odd Kare Fossmo is the Managing Director of Nera Telecommunications AS and the Deputy Head of Wireless Infrastructure Networks. He oversees the Nera Group’s business in the Middle East and Africa markets. He is responsible for the Group’s Wireless Infrastructure Networks business. Mr Fossmo has more than thirty-nine years of working experience mainly in the areas of project management and sales. Mr Fossmo holds a Bachelor degree of Electronics from Trondheim, Norway.

Mr Tan Cham Khain Orlando

Mr Tan Cham Khain Orlando is the Vice President of Infocomm and Network Infrastructure, and is responsible for charting the business strategies for developing Nera’s NI (Network Infrastructure) global business (IP data networking, security, broadcast, cloud/data center and optical transmission network) in order to promote growth, revenue and profitability, and is the de facto subject matter expert in all related businesses. He has more than twenty years of APAC experiences in ICT (Information & Communications Technology) industry and proven track record in sales & marketing management, channel development and new business strategy. Mr Tan holds a Master in Advanced Business Practice from the University of South Australia, an MBA in Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, a Bachelor of Engineering in EEE from the University of Surrey UK and a Diploma in EEE from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Mr Sng Kui Guan Eric

Mr Sng Kui Guan Eric is the Vice President of Wireless Infrastructure Networks, and is responsible for leading the wireless infrastructure network and technology business growth for enterprises, service providers and government agencies across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Nera, Mr Sng has over twenty years of ICT (Information & Communications Technology) experience. He had held positions in Singapore Computer Systems as a software applications developer and system software sales engineer, channel sales/marketing development with the likes of Lucent Technologies (North Asia) and Arista Networks (South East Asia). He had also held various position as Deputy Director with the SingTel Group including Enterprise (Global Account, Manage Hosting Services, Global Marketing), Consumer Sales and International Group. Mr Sng graduated with a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.

Mr Chan Heng Chew Michael

Mr Chan Heng Chew Michael is the Senior Vice President for Contracts & Corporate Secretariat. He is responsible for contractual, commercial risk management, contract matters and corporate secretarial functions of the Nera Group and also oversees the Group’s business in the Philippines. He has more than twenty-six years of experience in marketing, logistics, investment, merger and acquisitions, business and corporate development in various industries such as shipping, healthcare, leisure, printing and publishing, telecommunications and information technology. Mr Chan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Monash University.

Dato Ahmad Fauzan Hashim

Dato Ahmad Fauzan Hashim is the Managing Director for Nera (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Nera Infocom (M) Sdn Bhd. Dato Fauzan has more than thirty-five years of working experience and had worked with Petronas, International Franchising and Philips before joining Nera in 1991. He obtained a Malaysian Government scholarship to study in the United States in 1975 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Business Administration) from the California State University, Chico and a Master of Administration (Business Administration) from the University of California, Riverside.

Mr Koh Seng Chye Roy

Mr Koh Seng Chye Roy is the Vice President for Indo-China Territory. He is responsible for the driving the Group’s overall business activities in Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. He has more than twenty-five years of working experience in product management, sales, and marketing in the oil and gas and information technology and telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Nera in 1991, he had worked in Keppel Shipyard Ltd and Crompton Instrument Pte Ltd. Mr Koh holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the Curtin Technology University, Australia.

Ms Nike Pumasari Kosasih

Ms Nike Pumasari Kosasih is the Director and General Manager for PT Nera Indonesia. She is responsible for the Group’s business in Indonesia. She has more than twenty years of working experience in the telecommunications and information technology industry. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the Philippines Business School and Administration (PBSA) and STIE Nusantara.
